WHAT IS STRESS?

STRESS:  When the problems of every day living exceed ones resources for handling even the small stuff.

STRESS: The body’s non-specific response to any demand placed upon it.

STRESS: That confusion created when one’s mind overrides the body’s desire to choke the living daylights out of some jerk that desperately needs it!

    stress management is quite easy, all you have to do is get some yoga and breathing exercises’
